* Before Operators can use AliveAssist, the Administrator must enable AliveAssist for that operator in the Administrator Console under Settings -> Operator Settings -> 3rd Party Chat Monitoring and Private Chats. Enabling this will allow all Operators to see other Operators' chats.

• Log in to the OPERATOR CONSOLE (www.websitealive.com/login).
• Click on the Live Site Monitor (Globe Icon).
• Find which chat you wish to view and click on the eyeball icon.
  • You will then be viewing another operator’s chat with the visitor.
• Toggling Private Chat ON/OFF - clicking on the link at the bottom of the chat box will enable/disable this.
• ON
• Your messages will be only viewed by the operator in the chat. The visitor will be not be able to see what is written to the operator
• OFF
• Your messages will be posted for both the operator and the visitor to see creating a 3-person conversation.
