Create Chat Labels:

• Log in to the ADMINISTRATOR CONSOLE
• Click on CHAT LABELS (under Advanced Tools)
• Click on +ADD NEW CHAT LABEL
• Name the chat label you wish to categorize it for
• You can designate an email address for that category to have the transcript emailed to that email address for personal archive purposes
• Click ADD NEW CHAT LABEL and you’re done.

Use:

• Log in to the OPERATOR CONSOLE
• After you have engaged and the chat has ended, your listing of chat labels will be listed at the bottom of the screen for you to choose.
• Choose the correct category that relates best to the chat for organization purposes.
• If that chat label has an email address assigned to it, a copy of the chat transcript will be emailed to that email address.
