• Option #1: Inside Chat (Used during a chat)
  
• When engaged in a chat with a visitor, click on the SCREEN SHARING link by the HOTKEYS, and TRANSFER links near the bottom.
• A side window should appear, and then click on the REQUEST SCREEN SHARING button.
  
  • The visitor will then be prompted to click the SHOW YOUR SCREEN button for you to view their screen.
• Once clicked, you should be able to view their screen.
  
  
• Option #2: Outside Chat (Used when not in a chat and wish to view the visitor's screen.)
  
• Click on the LIVELOOK/SCREEN-SHARING icon at the left menu of the OPERATOR CONSOLE. (3rd icon from the top)
• You can either send the request to the visitor in 2 ways:

• Copy and paste the link given to the visitor in the chat for them to click on.
• The visitor then must give you the session number code to put in the Screen Viewer.
• Put their email address in the blank to send them an email with a link to click on.
• The visitor then must give you the session number code to put in the Screen Viewer.
  
  
• Once sent, click on the LAUNCH SCREEN VIEWER button to view the LiveLook screen.
• Put in the session number code given by the visitor to connect and view their screen.
