Administrator Login - Configure AliveChat, Customize, Set Up Operators and Departments

Visit the AliveChat Client Login page, found at: http://www.websitealive.com/login
Fill in login/password information
Make sure the box to login as ADMINISTRATOR is checked
Click on the LOGIN AS ADMINISTRATOR button

Login using the Windows and/or Mac Component
First, you must have the Window/Mac component installed which you can download here:

Open the AliveChat component program
Fill in the login/password information
Click on the LOG IN button
