Reporting (Part 1 of 2) - This article will show you how to view your reports in the ADMINISTRATOR console.

Chat Transcripts

To view all of your past chat transcripts:

Login as an ADMINISTRATOR (www.websitealive.com/login)
Click on CHAT TRANSCRIPTS at the left menu
From here, you can select filter your chat transcripts by operator, department, time frame, questions, labels, etc.
Click on GENERATE REPORT

Pre/Post Chat Surveys

To view the results of your pre/post chat surveys:

Login as an ADMINISTRATOR (www.websitealive.com/login)
Click on SURVEYS at the left menu under REPORTING TOOLS
Choose your time frame dates, operator, and question to view your survey results.
Click on GET PRE-CHAT SURVEY RESULTS

Visitor Recorder (PRO and PRO+ packages only)

Use this tool to create a report which displays every visitor that has browsed your web site(s) within the specified time range. You must have the Site Monitor code inserted on respective web pages in order for this to function. Results can be downloaded into XLS format.
* Must be enabled in the VISITOR RECORDER link in the ADMINISTRATOR CONSOLE for it to work. (Enable Visitor Tracking)

Login as an ADMINISTRATOR (www.websitealive.com/login)
Click on VISITOR RECORDER at the left menu
Select your web page and date range.
Click on RUN VISITOR RECORDER REPORTS
