Operator Performance

See how well your operators are performing by viewing their missed chats, number of chats taken, average response time, average chat time, etc.
- Login as an ADMINISTRATOR (www.websitealive.com/login)
- Click on OPERATOR PERFORMANCE at the left menu
- Select your guidlines to filter your results
- Click on RUN OPERATOR PERFORMANCE REPORT

Operator Log-in Tracker

View how long your operators have been logged into the operator console.
- Login as an ADMINISTRATOR (www.websitealive.com/login)
- Click on OPERATOR LOG-IN TRACKER at the left menu
- Select your guidlines to filter your results
- Click on SUMMARY OF RESULTS or ALL RESULTS

Chat Trends

Shows how many chats have been taken at every hour of the day to display when your site is the busiest.
- Login as an ADMINISTRATOR (www.websitealive.com/login)
- Click on CHAT TRENDS at the left menu
- Select your guidlines to filter your results
- Click on RUN CHAT TRENDS ANALYSIS REPORT

Return Visitor Resolution

See past visitors who have chatted before and view past chat sessions they have had with your operators.
- Login as an ADMINISTRATOR (www.websitealive.com/login)
- Click on RETURN VISITOR RESOLUTION at the left menu
- Select your guidlines to filter your results
- Click on RUN VISITOR RESOLUTION REPORT

Concurrent Chats

Displays when your operators have had concurrent chats and how many to see if you might need to hire more operators.

- Click on CONCURRENT CHATS at the left menu
- Select your guidlines to filter your results
